V and L Airconditioning Services is a solo proprietorship privately owned and run as a family business. Vicente Sajol Jr. is the owner of the company with the help of his wife and hired helper.
It began with freelancing home services amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The name VAL Airconditioning Repair Shop was before the registered business name, but it was then changed to V and L Airconditioning Services by 2023.
Through its humble beginnings from residential home servicing to servicing commercial buildings such as offices, clinics, and beauty salons. They also started catering to the preventive maintenance of school rooms, high-rise condominiums, and the multipurpose hall of a barangay.
As the business gradually grew, they collaborated with other companies as subcontractors for the cleaning, repair, troubleshooting, and installation of air conditioning systems. They worked preventive maintenance in MCX Tollway Offices and the Bureau of Customs office.
